Knowing what someone wants is a difficult thing to get right time and time again, but we maintain in this highly electronic age of communication, you have to step outside your comfort zone and ask.  You also have to be a good listener because lifestyle is not always something that can be uncovered with a simple question or brief text response.  We must establish a dialog with tenants to determine the latest desires of those we will serve in the future.
