Mr. Dillman has a decade of experience in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance, including his tenure with middle market investment banking and private equity firms. He brings a diverse professional background that includes positions in investment banking, business consulting, private equity, venture capital, project management, as well as a decade of extensive experience in commercial construction and real estate development.

His construction and development background includes working on over $10B worth of ground up projects, including hotels, casinos, hospitals, universities, government buildings, single family homes and master planned communities. He has worked in roles starting as a laborer, working his way up through the ranks to Framer, Field Engineer, Office Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Owners Representative, and eventually owning his own Construction and Development Company.

Jeff earned an MBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Finance from Chapman University in California. Additionally, he holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Kansas State University. He actively holds FINRA’s Series 7, 66 and 79 licenses. He previously has held CA Brokers License, CA General Contractors License, and the National NMLS License.
