During his real estate career spanning four decades, Mr. Meer has performed as owner, developer, acquisition specialist, asset manager, rehabilitation expert and financial advisor on a range of residential and commercial real estate projects. Mr. Meer’s companies have built, acquired, renovated and operated properties in California and Nevada. He has management and advisory experience involving properties with over 10,000 units valued at more than $5 billion.

Ron is an active participant in his community and in professional organizations as well. He is a past President of the Orange County Performing Arts Center and Member of the Board of Directors and President of the Center 500, a financial arm of the OCPAC. He also was a past Member of the Board of Directors of the Lincoln Club of Orange County and served as its Chairman of the Political Action Committee. Ron also is a guest lecturer in the Universities and Colleges around the United States.

Ron also has enjoyed professional designations with the NASD (National Association of Securities Dealers), the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE), the Municipal Securities Rule Making Board (MSRB) and previously held Series 7 and Series 63 licenses to practice as a Securities Broker and Trader.
